It is with regret that we have to cancel the Pickering Brook Trek for the long weekend in September. Our host Margaret has suffered a broken leg and damaged knee while on holiday in Queensland and therefore is unable to organise anything at this stage. We apologise for any inconvenience.
Well the final details to this trek are now being put together. Numbers are down a bit this year due to lots of very valid reasons, which is a shame. Some are only doing a week of the trek, but we all looking forward to it!!!

We have the site back up and running on our new host, so everything should run smoothly from now on.

Here is our latest newsletter and ride details for Easter weekend
Our first newsletter for 2010 is now available as well as details for our first ride for the year at Smith’s Farm near Wellington Dam, at the end of February. Membership and Event forms are available at this website which you need to complete if you are wanting to come along. Please send your form into the nominated person in the newsletter one week before the event.
Membership fees are also due and are the same as last year – $60.00 per member, plus a one off joining fee of $20.00 for new members. Please complete a Membership and Event Form and send it in with your money.
The notes for the weekend trek in Jarrahdale are now available. Please complete a Membership Event form available at this website at the forms tab if you would like to join in. Fees payable are outlined in the trek notes.
Hi Everyone,
I am really sorry, but I am going to have to change the date of the Jarrahdale weekend to the following week, 21st – 22nd of November due to a clash with a big birthday party in the street right opposite our house which will have 120- 150 people attending and using our paddock for parking. It is most likely going to be a very noisy night also, so not so good for camping and horses. If this inconveniences anyone, I am sorry, but it just wouldn’t be a good idea to come and stay here on the same weekend. We have only just had the date etc. confirmed so I was not aware of all the details before.
I will send out full details of the ride this week.
